    Potential Issue with Hotmail/Microsoft Delivery

    Service Notice: Hotmail/Outlook Delivery Issues We’re aware that some emails to Hotmail/Outlook addresses may be delayed, undelivered, or landing in spam.     Security Update – HTML Email Attachments

    Today at ~12:30 PM EST, CampusLogin experienced brief downtime caused by our anti-virus software using excessive CPU while blocking malicious HTML email attachments. The issue was quickly resolved with no data loss. To prevent recurrence and improve security, starting Monday, February 16, 2026, we will automatically convert all HTML email attachments to plain-text (.txt) files. Legitimate HTML files from trusted sources can be saved and renamed to .html to view them. This change protects against accidentally opening malicious HTML content.

    Resolved Downtime – Canadian Server

    n Monday, January 26, 2026, our Canadian server (hosted by Aptum in their Toronto data center) experienced intermittent downtime throughout the day due to a connectivity issue at the hosting provider's facility.Aptum's team identified and resolved the problem by replacing faulty hardware.
